I am Rosalie Bouchard. I spent fourteen years at a caisse populaire in the Outaouais, first at the counter and then in the back office, and a surprising share of that time was spent explaining Interac e-Transfers to people who were upset. Where the money was. Why it had not arrived. Why we could not simply reverse it.
That is why I write about casino cashiers rather than casino games. I have no useful opinion about slot volatility. I have a very well-informed one about what happens between the moment you press send and the moment a balance changes, and about which part of that chain is actually responsible when something stalls. It is almost never the part customers blame.
How I work: my own money, my own account, a withdrawal from every site whether the session went well or badly, and a written note of the gap between what the cashier promised and what it did. I publish no scores, because compressing a cashier's behaviour into a number out of ten throws away the only part worth knowing. I do not publish payout times as benchmarks off a single transaction, and where a timing appears above it is one observation from one account.
I also tell you who each site is wrong for. Fourteen years of counter work makes you allergic to recommendations with no caveats, because I met the people those recommendations had failed.
